Mr. Jackson is also an owner in one of the largest utility contractors serving BGE in the State of Maryland.

In addition, Mr. Jackson is a principal owner at HJB Properties, a real estate development firm focused on revitalizing multifamily housing communities throughout Washington, D.C., Virginia, and North Carolina.
